Everyone will face temptations in life. Temptations come in many forms and are different from person to person. What is encouraging to know is that Jesus Himself was tempted while on earth and therefore He understands us and is able to help us. Please see Hebrews 2.18

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

How to define Christianity in one word? Love!

In the Bible Love is insisted upon by Jesus and the New Testament writers more than any other virtue. More than generosity, patience, trust, obedience, more than all these things we are to love.

Doesn’t matter how many spiritual gifts I have, if I can prophecy, if I have amazing knowledge and insight or rock solid faith that can move mountains, without love it is not worth any.

No matter how much love you have in your heart right now, I want you to be desperate for more much more! I want you to hunger, thirst, crave for more and more love in your life and the reason is because in God’s kingdom nothing in your heart is more important than love.

The Character of Love

Kazu Endo preaches about Holy Spirit and his experience concerning the gifts of Holy Spirit.

Speaking in tongues and prophecies, to love God and to love our neighbors.
How do we love God? Trough our prayer or maybe we do something that God want us to do. Loving God is to seek out to Him. And in spiritual gifts it is speaking in tongues.

Loving our neighbors. How do we love our neighbors? We can help them. If they are poor we can feed them if they need some cloths we can give them. If they need a place to live we can introduce some place to them, but the most important help to the neighbors are the God’s words and prophecies. Not just the prophesies for the future but also God’s opinion to your friend by the words. Tongues and prophesies are 2 strong weapons to express our love.

Your Faith: Dead or Alive? Or All That Glitters is Not Gold.

Are you willing to hold on dear to Jesus Christ? Do you love Christ and love His word and hate sin?

If at this moment you were confronted with a choice that would require you to pay a price to be faithful to Christ or to reject your faith, which would you do? It is that kind of test that will demonstrate to you and others your faith is genuine.

Do not trust in your spiritual activities, or your orthodox beliefs. The real issue is what is most valuable to you. Is your faith in God more valuable than anything you hold dear? Are you willing to lose everything you hold dear, and if you lose it or suffer are you going to blame God?

It is not that we do not falter or fail but it is that when we are down we do not stay down or give up…

Our Almighty God

A problem solving process and what we can learn from Father Abraham

Why is it that some claiming to be Christians turn away from God? Can you lose your salvation? What is saving faith?

“I am not talking about adding Jesus to your religion. I am talking about giving up everything you are to everything that Jesus is. When you see Jesus Christ more valuable than anything in this world, more valuable than your reputation, more valuable than your future, home, your career, more valuable than anything and you are willing to give it up to Him, that is saving faith!

If you have genuine faith you will not walk away, you will not throw in the towel.”
